Chairman’s Message
We are the pioneers in the field of Music and Dance and known by the name Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya. An institution that was founded by my great grandfather, Late Sangeet Acharya R.S. Verma in the year 1972. He was a great musician and listening to his musical renditions was a soulful experience for all. This rich legacy of music and performing arts was passed on to my father Late Shri M.L. Verma who did justice to the institution as a Chairman up to January 2011, with classical music flowing in his veins.
Coming from a rich heritage of music and performing arts, I continued to build on the organization. Today, we have 150 centers across India with over 5000 performing artists and more than 35000 students aspiring to become professional artists.
, however, have had a dream of setting up an Educational Institution across India and make music and performing arts an integral part of the curriculum. With this passion, I realized my dream of setting up my first endeavor in the south of India in the year 2017 and another one in Gurgaon in the year 2018.
My dream is to tap the potential of each child who gets associated with The Navyandhra. To me, success is discovering the child’s hidden talents and creating excitement in learning new things, and making him/her a good citizen of the country. The school caters to everyone, including the fast-expanding professional classes who are looking for the best curriculum, facilities, and faculty for their children. It is an English Medium day boarding Senior Secondary School with classes from pre-nursery to Class XII
